Job Details

• Handling all reservation calls, sending the reservation voucher, replying to the mails
• Handling of operations for inbound tours.
• Designing itineraries, vacation packages, costing and hotel booking.
• Providing Support to Sales staff by providing all the data (quotations etc.) to them.
• Error free updating of the bookings made on the system
• Coordinating with the central operations team.
• Managing suppliers and effectively communicating with them.
• Coordinating with the accounts department for payments / remittances.

  • Desired Profile: • Responsible for sustaining the customer satisfaction and overall quality of the concerned department.
    • Answers client inquiries and resolves client complaints.
    • Works closely with account retention and team to develop and maintain travel programs.
    • Anticipates situations conditions and suggests alternate courses of action to meet the demands of existing, new, changed and peak conditions.
    • Communicate and implement new policies and procedures of the company.
    • Responsible for all the day-to-day support and operation activities including providing hands-on technical troubleshooting to resolve production incidents in a timely manner.
  • Education: Diploma / MBA in Travel and Tourism
